MOQ, packaging and how ordering works

Curcumin is quoted per order: the specification, the quantity and the destination change the number. What we can publish is everything that decides the quotation: the minimum order, the packaging, the lead time and the documents you will receive.
Minimum order and samples
The minimum order exists because the batch is already made. We are not custom-extracting a kilogram; we are packing from a released batch. Custom grades move the minimum up, because the run has to be scheduled.

Packaging

1 kg — aluminium foil bag inside a carton. The foil is the moisture barrier.

25 kg — fibre drum with a double LDPE liner. The drum is the mechanical and light barrier.

Pallet — 20 drums, stretch-wrapped and strapped; pallet dimensions and gross weight confirmed in the quotation.

Labels — neutral label as standard; private label on request, subject to artwork approval and a minimum quantity.
What the quotation contains
A quotation you can compare should contain all of the following. If one is missing, ask for it before comparing anything.
- Grade, batch number and the COA for that batch
- Packaging and pallet configuration
- Incoterm (FOB, CIF or DDP) and the named port or place
- Lead time from deposit, not from enquiry
- Testing panel included, and what is charged separately
- Payment terms and currency
- Validity period

7 days for stock grades after deposit.

15–20 days for custom grades or a dedicated testing panel.
- Third-party testing adds time to the lead time, not to the production run. We confirm both dates in the quotation.
Payment and terms

Payment — 30% deposit, 70% against the bill of lading copy for new customers. Letter of credit at sight for larger orders; terms are negotiable after the first shipment.

Incoterms — FOB Shanghai or Qingdao as standard; CIF to your port; DDP only where we have a cleared forwarder.

Documents — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, COA, TDS, MSDS, certificate of origin. Halal and non-GMO statements on request.
What to send for a quotation
- The grade, or the application if you are not sure which grade fits.
- The quantity for the first order and the expected annual volume.
- The destination country and port.
- Your documentation requirements: COA, TDS, MSDS, Halal, non-GMO, third-party report.
- Any specification tighter than the release limits, especially for heavy metals or pesticides.
- The date you need the goods, so we can confirm whether a stock batch works.
