Description

Premium, ripe mangoes from top tropical growing regions, such as Thailand, India, and Mexico, are used to make our Mango Fruit Powder. These regions are known for their warm, sunny climates and nutrient-rich, well-drained soil, which helps to develop the mango's distinctive sweet aroma, vivid golden hue, and rich flavor. To maintain the mango's natural nutritional profile, which includes high quantities of β-carotene (a precursor to vitamin A), vitamin C, dietary fiber, and natural enzymes like amylase, we employ sophisticated low-temperature spray drying technology, which is kept below 58°C. With no added sugars, artificial flavors, preservatives, or colorants, the powder has a fine, non-caking texture and is highly soluble in cold and warm drinks. Mango's tropical sweetness and functional benefits can be easily incorporated into a variety of final products because to its versatility as an ingredient in food, beverage, nutraceutical, and cosmetic formulations.

Strict Quality Control: To ensure batch-to-batch consistency, every batch is subjected to independent laboratory testing for β-carotene concentration, moisture content (regulated below 6%), particle size (60–100 mesh), and microbiological safety (no coliforms or harmful bacteria).
Sustainable Practices: We collaborated with tropical farms that employ drip irrigation, which uses 30% less water than traditional mango cultivation, and "zero-waste" processing, which turns mango pits and peels into compost. To reduce its impact on the environment, the powder is packaged in recyclable, food-grade polyethylene bags.
