These regions are known for their fertility, well-drained soil, and mild subtropical climates, which enhance the tuber's rich purple color, inherent sweetness, and essential nutritional components. The purple sweet potato's distinct nutritional profile, which includes high amounts of anthocyanins (the natural pigment that gives it its purple color), β-carotene, dietary fiber, vitamin C, and potassium, is preserved by using cutting-edge low-temperature spray drying technology (regulated below 55°C). With no added sugars, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives, the powder has a fine, consistent texture and is highly soluble in cold and warm beverages.
