Fresh, mature celery stalks and leaves from premium growing regions, such as California (USA), Shandong (China), and Provence (France), are used to make our Celery Powder. These regions are known for their fertile, well-irrigated soil and moderate climates, which enhance the celery's crunch, mild earthy flavor, and essential nutritional components. To maintain the celery's natural nutritional profile—which contains dietary fiber, potassium, vitamin K, apigenin (a naturally occurring flavonoid), and vital minerals like calcium and magnesium—we use cutting-edge low-temperature spray drying technology, which is controlled below 60°C. The powder has no artificial flavors, preservatives, colorants, or salt added, and it has a fine, consistent texture and good dispersibility in cold and warm beverages. Celery's fresh, delicious flavor and nutritional benefits can be easily incorporated into a variety of final products without requiring the preparation of fresh celery thanks to its versatility as an ingredient in food, condiment, nutraceutical, and even pet food formulations.
