To preserve the onion's inherent volatile oils, which give it its unique flavor, sulphur compounds, dietary fiber, and B vitamins, including vitamin B6, we employ cutting-edge low-temperature spray drying technique, which is maintained below 60°C. With no artificial flavors, colorants, preservatives, or salt added, the powder has a thin, free-flowing texture and is very soluble in liquids. As a flexible flavoring and ingredient for meals, condiments, and processed food formulations, it makes it simple to incorporate the rich, umami flavor of onions into a variety of foods without having to prepare them from scratch.
